Here’s how to completely improve your armour during the Solstice of Heroes event in Destiny 2.
A new action and armour set are introduced each year during the Summer Solstice of Heroes event in Destiny 2. These items will be carried over to future expansions of the game.Additionally, you’ll be able to earn Solstice 2021 armour by completing a series of challenges. These challenges will include a slew of new cosmetic items to purchase from the Eververse store, Elemental Buffs, the reintroduction of the EAZ (European Aerial Zone), and the return of the European Aerial Zone.
Despite the fact that Armor Accelerants, which accelerate the progress of future challenges with each successive armor set you upgrade, have been added, there is still a lot of work to be done if you want to complete the armour upgrade before the Solstice of Heroes ends on December 31.

The Solstice of Heroes event gives armour that must be powered up via a series of activities – raising its level to maximum power – and provides you with an armour set that may be updated to the maximum power level until the Solstice of Heroes event in 2022 occurs.
A series of tasks are assigned to each piece in order to upgrade it, with each stage (Drained, Renewed, Majestic) resulting in an increase in the item’s Power Level. There is also a final step, Magnificent, which adds a white glow effect to the finished product.
To upgrade the armour set to Majestic, you have until the conclusion of the event to complete the task. Despite this, the last Magnificent stage may be completed at any moment – which is advantageous since they are among the most tough tasks.

The Compass Rose shotgun is a new weapon in Solstice of Heroes, and it can be found in the Weapons section.
As was the case last year, there will be so-called Armor Accelerants that will speed up the completion of future upgrade goals for your sets – allowing you to finish subsequent characters of various classes in less time than you would otherwise. Eva’s merchant screen provides access to a list of all presently active Armor Accelerants.
Finally, in order for each step to be counted, you must be wearing the Solstice armour while completing each step. To be on the safe side, simply make sure they’re properly prepared for the length of the event.
